"Games Chain", "we", "us" and "our" are references to Games Chain, the trading name of Games Chain Pty Limited A.B.N. 88 626 716 482- a company registered in Australia under the Corporations Act 2001.

The Terms and Conditions in this document govern the use of Games Chain's Online Shopping Service (the Service). The Service includes shopping, returns, and participation in promotions run by Games Chain.

September - December Processing Times

For orders placed during September to December, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to process, and we receive large volumes of orders, if you need something urgently for a birthday present, please call us on (02) 9884 7333 during business weekdays, 9.30 to 12.30 AEST.

Games Chain offers both Courier Service and Australia Post within Australia. 

Games Chain is dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers. We aim to deliver games quickly and on time to your doorstep so you can enjoy them sooner. 

To do this, we use both Fastway and Australia Post to ensure a fast, safe and reliable delivery service. Depending on where you are, shipping times will vary. Below is an estimate of the time a package will generally take to reach you after your order is placed and shipped from our warehouse.

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO. Boxes

We do not ship outside of Australia. 

Because we always try to maintain the security of your packages, all deliveries will require a signature upon arrival. To make sure you can enjoy your products as soon as possible, please ensure that they are delivered to a residence where someone is guaranteed to be home at the time of delivery, or have your items shipped to a business address. Alternatively if you are not home, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest courier depot for pick up. 


Shipping Costs. 

At Games chain, we want you to feel like no matter what you are buying, our prices are accessible for anyone who enjoys games. Therefore we provide a flat $9.90 shipping fee for any orders under $150. For orders over $150, shipping is free of charge.    

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

What are the Conditions on Returns and Exchanges?

Returns for Exchange:

*We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so please send it back to us via a traceable method like registered post or traceable courier.

**Store credit will exclude the shipping cost which was used to send the product(s) in the first place.

Colours and Sizes

Games Chain provides high quality pictures of our products. Please be aware that whilst we have done all we can to ensure that you see real life colour, depending on your viewing screen the colours may appear slightly different to the actual products.

Prices on Games Chain

All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are inclusive of GST. Games Chain takes all steps to ensure that prices are prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices should we inadvertently publish incorrect prices. If this should happen after you have ordered a product on the site and have passed through the check out, we will contact you prior to sending your order and notify you of the correct price. You will then have to choice to either proceed with your order or cancel the order.

Please be aware Prices Online may be significantly cheaper then instore, as different stock levels and promotions are run through the website only.

Marketing & Promotions

By purchasing products or registering as a member you agree that your details including your email address, mailing address and mobile phone number may be used by Games Chain Pty Limited to keep you informed about future products, services and events provided by Games Chain Pty Ltd. If you wish to change your contact mechanism (specify direct mail, telephone or email) or opt out of any communications from Games Chain Pty Ltd  you can do so by amending your details on our website or alternatively contact customer service on (02) 9884 7333.

Unless otherwise specified, sales and discounts are applied to our prices by use of a "coupon code" at the time of check out.   To ensure that you obtain advertised discounts please ensure use of the relevant coupon code at check out.    If you proceed through check out without use of a coupon code, please contact customer service for adjustment to your payment.   

Sales codes do not apply to preorders, items already on sale and Magic the Gathering products.

Delivery Guarantee Refunds are not applicable during Megasale, 26th December - 31st January

E-Gift Cards

Games Chain allows E-Gift Cards to be purchased on line free of charge. To redeem an E-Gift Card you will need the individual code allocated to the E-Gift Card. The Conditions of the Gift Card as follows:

a) E-Gift Card can be redeemed for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash.
b) E-Gift Card are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
c) E-Gift Card can be purchased online free of charge.
d) E-Gift Card will be emailed to recipient of the gift and the purchaser will be sent a confirmation that the Gift.
e) E-Gift Card can only be redeemed on Games Chain's website.
f) If an E-Gift Card is redeemed for less than the amount purchased, the recipient will still able to return to Games Chain's website at a later date to redeem the remaining amount of funds on the E-Gift Card.
g) E-Gift Card are in $AUD.
h) Standard shipping rules apply for any items purchased using a E-Gift Card.
i) E-Gift Cards cannot be refunded once purchased.

Games Chain will over time provide content and information which children may find interesting and may wish to access. However, no one under the age of 13 years is allowed to provide any personal information. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases, including subscriptions, on the Service.


During Launch Period 1/10/15 - 1/11/15 Games Chain Pty Ltd may have to refund customers for orders that are placed for products that are out of stock for various reasons (incorrect technical stock sync, too many items selling before a new stock sync is completed etc ) We will notify the customer within 48 Working hours of placing their order if this has occurred.

The information contained in the Service has been prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about Games Chain and the services and products they offer. Games Chain reserves the right to change, delete or move any of the material on the Service at any time without notice.
