Refund policy

Returns for Exchange:

  • The product(s) should be in its original condition and package.
  • We will exchange the item(s) within 2 months of purchase.
  • Freight cost to RETURN the product is covered by the customer*
  • Freight cost to RESEND the product is covered by the customer.
  • Please note we do not give refunds for exchanges. We are happy to offer a store credit.**

*We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so please send it back to us via a traceable method like registered post or traceable courier.

**Store credit will exclude the shipping cost which was used to send the product(s) in the first place.

Please include a note with your return stating:

-Order Number
-Name
-Contact number
Exchange or credit request (no refund)

Returns for Faulty Products:

  • If a product is faulty, it should be returned to us within 21 days of the customer receiving the item.
  • Please contact customerservice@gameschain.com.au or call us at (02) 9884 7333 to arrange a return for the product.
  • Faulty products once received by Games Chain can be exchanged for new one or a refund.
